Grafton Suburban Credit Union will join eleven local banks and lending institutions that have pledged more than $70 million in loans with discounts of up to ½ point below market rates, no or low down payment, lower or no mortgage insurance payments, and mortgage payment protection in the case of job loss.
Saint-Gobain, a local employer, will now offer its employees mortgage assistance through the Massachusetts Housing Partnership’s MassWorks program, and Kalakowsky & Wilde, PC will provide discounted attorney fees.
