Corrections and Spam Policy.
No comments will be allow to personally attack anyone ever. It's one thing to disagree and that's fine. When the attacks get really ugly and personal, those comments will be deleted and you may be banned from posting and/or commenting. If your comment or post is "on the borderline" it may not get deleted, but it may get "edited". The basic content of your posting will never get deleted out anytime.
Due to the policy of MLSPIN.com, which runs the listings service in Massachusetts and handles the database for available housing that the webmaster is a member of, you HAVE to sign up to receive the information and addresses you desire, especially if you desire daily updates. I will send you an email with followup information, and then if you wish I will NOT contact you until you've either contacted me again or until you unsubscribe from the service. Note: If you sign up for the daily updates YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL FROM ME DAILY .. Sorry, but with MLSPIN Policy you need to sign up first.
